PRIVACY POLICY

Keep the data footprint small.

Nitro is designed as a non-custodial interface. This draft explains the information the current product stores or processes and where third-party services may receive technical data.

VERSION 1EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 2, 2026NON-CUSTODIAL INTERFACE
This is Nitro's current product-policy draft and has not yet been reviewed by independent legal counsel. It should be reviewed before a broad public launch.

Wallet information

When you connect a wallet, Nitro uses the public wallet address needed to display balances, prepare transactions, and interact with supported networks. Nitro does not ask for or store your seed phrase or private key.

Local browser storage

The current Nitro interface can store preferences, watchlists, Trigger configuration, legal acceptance, and confirmed trade-history references in your browser's local storage. This data remains tied to that browser unless you clear it or future product features state otherwise.

Blockchain data is public

Public blockchain transactions and wallet addresses are visible on-chain and may be analyzed by anyone. Blockchain records are not controlled by Nitro and generally cannot be deleted by Nitro.

Third-party services

Nitro uses third-party infrastructure and data providers to supply routing, market data, charts, security information, RPC access, hosting, and wallet connectivity. Requests to those providers can expose ordinary technical information such as IP address, browser information, timestamps, requested token addresses, and network metadata under those providers' own policies.

Analytics, performance, and logs

Nitro uses Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand traffic and real-user performance such as page views, device or browser characteristics, approximate region, referrer information, loading performance, responsiveness, and layout stability. Vercel and other infrastructure providers may also process ordinary technical logs for reliability, abuse prevention, diagnostics, and security. Nitro should avoid collecting sensitive information that is not necessary to operate the product.

No sale of seed phrases or private keys

Nitro does not possess your seed phrase or private key and therefore cannot sell or share those credentials. Never enter them into Nitro, a support message, or any website claiming they are required to use the terminal.

Retention and control

Data stored only in local browser storage can generally be removed by clearing the relevant Nitro site data in your browser. Public blockchain records and third-party provider logs are governed by the systems that created or received them.

Policy changes

This policy should be updated if Nitro begins collecting accounts, email addresses, server-side trade history, support information, additional analytics, or other personal data beyond the current product described here.
