Use Nitro with your eyes open.
These terms describe the rules for accessing Nitro, a non-custodial interface for user-directed blockchain transactions on supported networks.
1. What Nitro is
Nitro is software that helps users discover tokens, view market and security information, obtain third-party routing information, prepare transactions, and submit transactions through a user-controlled wallet. Nitro does not take custody of your wallet credentials or require your seed phrase or private key.
2. Your responsibility
You are responsible for deciding whether to use Nitro, which assets to trade, and whether a transaction shown by your wallet is correct before you approve it. You are also responsible for complying with laws, tax rules, sanctions, and other requirements that apply to you.
3. Eligibility and permitted use
You may use Nitro only if you have the legal capacity and authorization to agree to these terms and your use is lawful where you are located. You may not use Nitro to violate law, evade sanctions or restrictions, interfere with the service, attack third-party systems, or misuse the platform.
4. Non-custodial wallet activity
Your wallet remains under your control. Nitro may prepare transaction data, but your wallet provides the final approval. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. You must verify addresses, assets, amounts, network, slippage, approvals, and other wallet prompts before signing.
5. Third-party protocols and data
Nitro relies on public blockchains and third-party services for routing, pricing, token metadata, security signals, charts, and other information. Those services can fail, change, become unavailable, or return inaccurate or delayed data. Nitro does not control third-party protocols or guarantee their performance.
6. Fees
Nitro may charge a platform fee when a transaction is executed. The applicable fee is shown in the interface before execution when configured. Network gas, priority fees, price impact, token taxes, router fees, and third-party costs may also apply and are separate from Nitro's platform fee.
7. No investment or professional advice
Nitro provides software and informational tooling, not personalized investment, financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Token discovery rankings, security indicators, market data, and other interface elements are not recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any asset.
8. Security tools are informational
Security checks, holder concentration data, Bubblemaps links, third-party scanner results, verification indicators, and other risk signals can be incomplete or wrong. A token with no detected warning can still be malicious, illiquid, manipulated, upgradeable, compromised, or otherwise unsafe.
9. Service availability
Nitro may be changed, suspended, limited, or discontinued. Features can fail because of networks, RPC providers, APIs, wallets, browsers, congestion, rate limits, or other conditions outside Nitro's control. Trigger monitoring is best-effort and should not be treated as a guaranteed execution or alert service.
10. Risk acceptance
By using Nitro, you acknowledge that crypto assets and blockchain transactions involve substantial risk, including possible loss of the entire amount involved. Review the separate Risk Disclosure before using the terminal.
11. Changes
Nitro may update these terms as the product changes. Material revisions may require users to accept a new version before continuing to use the terminal.
